Welcome to SuperPunch.com. By using or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Use of Website
- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site to sell fraudulent orders, reselling restricted items, spamming, or other prohibited activities.
- You agree that any content on SuperPunch.com is our property and is protected by copyright/trademark. You may only view or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, duplicate, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
- All product offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in CAD dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping.
- Payment must be completed before dispatch. We accept the following payment methods: Credit card Visa or Mastercard on Stripe and PayPal.
- Once payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are always shipped from our Granby, Qc warehouse.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout; estimated delivery times will be displayed before you finalize your order.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery carrier’s pickup.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shipping@superpunch.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number and a description (with photos if possible) — we will review and handle the case as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied. Our policy for returns, exchanges or refunds is as follows:
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags/packaging intact.
- To request a return or exchange, contact us at shipping@superpunch.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:
- refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs), or
- offer a replacement/exchange (subject to stock availability), or
- provide store credit — depending on the option you select and subject to our confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 2 business days after we accept the return.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).
- Some items may be non-returnable or non-refundable (e.g. clearance items, hygiene products, custom orders) — we will clearly mark such products on the site before purchase.
6. Warranty & Product Descriptions
- We make every effort to accurately describe our products (materials, dimensions, colors, etc.). However, actual product appearance may vary (monitor settings, lighting, etc.).
- If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days as per the process in Section 4.
- Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, refund or store credit (as per above). We do not accept liability for consequential damages, loss of profits, or other indirect losses.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperPunch.com and its affiliates exclude all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error-free.
- In no event shall we be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or inability to use the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada / Province of Québec, regardless of conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Quebec, Canada, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the current version applies. By continuing to use the website or place orders after changes, you agree to the new terms.
