Would you buy a used car from this man? Certainly not, but I did buy and will continue new and used embroidery machines from him. I started my business with Johnny 6 years ago and have been routinely upgrading my equipment through him. I would recommend all Superpunch’s services and products to anybody. I have been dealing with Johnny for years and have never been dissatisfied. If I have a question or problem it is dealt with immediately. I purchased my first embroidery machines and Johnny came and trained my embroidery person and was available to this day if he has a problem or question. The Happy machines arrived with the service tech. Again if any problems or questions they were available.

I have also had occasion to use Superpunch’s punching services. Again with no problems and service I have come to expect. I purchased additional machine 1 1/2 years ago, one new Happy and a used Brother. Superpunch sent their tech to set up both machines and train the staff on the Brother.

We are a new startup embroidery company with not much more than a lot of ambition. Just when I thought I had seen it all !

I have been contracting embroidery for over 10 years and managing my own digitizing at the same time. I have tried a few different embroiderers and digitizers over that period and with the internet, I have always succeeded fairly well. But ever since I have started to do business with Superpunch and using their Superpunch Mangager tool online, my life has become a lot easier.

When I log in to Superpunch, I have total control of everything, from quotes to orders, all the way to invoicing, accounting, payments and to delivery dates. I can see it all and I am in direct contact with Superpunch. Even my stitch files are archived and sitting there for me as back up. If this is not enough, I can even open a live chat if necessary. I almost forgot to mention about the 1 hour service which saved my life a couple times last month.

Hello, I would like to share this story with everyone!

In March 2009, I decide to start my very own embroidery business, following some last minute lay offs and budget cuts from work. After some research and may referrals, I hear the Super Punch name quite often, so I contacted Johnny. Having evaluated my needs, we came to a conclusion that a 2 head Tajima 1999, was the perfect machine for my budget and for what I wanted to do. That is until Johnny came up with another better offer, which was a 2000 Barudan, 4 head machine for almost the same price. So Johnny gave me all the details about this machine which was located in New Brunswick. We close the deal, and Johnny takes care of all the details, from tech support, to thread to supplies and shipping too. One and a half week later, the machine arrives at my home and I am like a kid waiting for his very first Christmas gift. The driver opens the door, and the HORROR show appears! The whole machine was in pieces on the floor, and when I say the whole machine, I really mean it. The no 4 head was completely detached from its body and it was a total wreck. Look at the pictures!!! This is not a joke, I felt like crying. So right away, I phoned Johnny and I asked him if I unloaded the machine or if I sent it right back to where it came from. Johnny contacted his tech, and came back to me, to tell me to unload the machine, and that he will take care of it. Johnny even said, that if he had to, he would pay to get this machine out of my place.

I then took pictures of the machine for insurances purposes and also for Johnny. Then I came in contact with Superpunch’s tech. The tech came over to our place many times all day, could simply not believe the mess. So Johnny and his team said, : Let’s get to work and bring this machine back to life. We had to order many parts from Japan and the tech spent many days and long hours trying to put it back together. Johnny was always in contact with me, and his patience was running a bit thin in this whole ordeal. It was a close call to return the machine or to send it back to Johnny, but early July, this machine was running like a new one. I had to run with 3 heads for a while before, because we were waiting for parts to complete the last head. Today, I can attest to the fact that this machine is running very well, and I want to thank Johnny for a job well done. I am writing this testimonial because I was also hesitating to trust an independent company, but today, I don’t regret anything, I am actually proud of my choice. You do not have to be afraid because you will get an excellent service and a great follow up on your needs after delivery.

Having been in the embroidery world for 10 years, i have had the chance to see and meet many sales reps and many different types of companies that were more than ready to sell me embroidery machines, but the after sale support is another story.
After having met Johnny from Super Punch, i can tell you that i was a lot less worried when came the time to buy a machine and invest, because, with Johnny, i was sure of the service, and i am still to this day sure of the support.
I even bought a new machine of another brand from him, a brand he was not selling, because i wanted the machine, but especially the after sale support.

We are a new startup embroidery company with not much more than a lot of ambition. After searching the net for used equipment suppliers, Superpunch caught our eye with an informative and in depth web site. The fact that they were also close to “home” was an added bonus. We called and spoke to “Johnny” and even at first contact, felt like we were important long time customers. He invited us to his store and showed us several models of machines. There was quite a variety to choose from and he was able to steer us in the right direction to meet our start-up needs. We purchased a machine and it performed flawlessly. We were so happy in fact that Johnny had to insist that we cash in on our service technician visit. We really hadn’t needed it but it turned out to be helpful in ways we hadn’t imagined. Business increased much quicker than we expected and six months later we turned to Superpunch again. John had the right machine for our next stage of growth and within a couple of days, it was running in our shop. Again no problems. We have not had many problems and the small ones that we have encountered have been quickly solved over the telephone. John and his staff are truely comitted to serving their customers and have the experience and know-how to do it…

There is no doubt in my mind that we will continue to grow as a result of superior customer service and it is refreshing to know that our suppliers have the same philosophy and live by it everyday.

I’ve known and worked with John from Super Punch for 7 years. As you know in this business, reliability and dependability are most important. John certainly stands for both.
When it came time to upgrade my equipment, Super Punch gave me all the information necessary to make an informed decision. After my first purchase (a Happy stretch 4 head), he and his technician arrived to help set me up and show me first hand how the Happy performed. He’s been great.
Since then I’ve added a one head machine and my production has increased significantly. Both pieces of equipment perform flawlessly. In the few times that help was required, my calls were returned immediately and with the needed solution to the problem. When he doesn’t know the answer to something, he says so and goes off to get it. Other companies I’ve dealt with, keep you hanging for days.
Johns after sales service will keep me coming back each time. Since then, he has kept me abreast of new developements in the business, as well as what new equipment to expect. Our relationship has gone past business associates to becoming friends. Its a pleasure to do business with him.
